a major holding company in the taxi and freight industry in relation to the acquisition of the business of a Russian taxi aggregator from a joint venture between a major Russian bank and a media giant;
a Russian IT giant in a deal to acquire a music media portal and an online platform for musicians;
a leading ticket operator in a deal to acquire control over the business of an international provider of cloud solutions for sales and marketing automation;
owners of an online children’s goods store in a deal to sell 100% of the business to a Russian retailer;
investment funds, private investors and their syndicates, as well as family offices in more than two dozen venture deals (from seed to later stages), exits from portfolio companies and partial portfolio sales;
