The Planning Committee of the M&A Forum has published a new analytical article examining the key trends in the mergers and acquisitions market for the coming years.

These and other M&A issues will once again be covered at the 4th M&A Forum, which will take place on 12 November 2026.

This is one of the key events for legal experts, bringing together M&A specialists and leaders from the legal and business community, and continuing the tradition of the international conference organised by the IBA.

The Forum is organised by the Planning Committee, which comprises partners from leading law firms in the M&A field: ALRUD, Nikolskaya Consulting, Orion, Stonebridge Legal and KKMP.
