Orion has provided legal support for the acquisition of a 100% interest in Renaissance Capital – FC LLC, Renaissance Broker LLC, and Rencap Asset Management Limited from Onexim Group LLC. 

The Orion team conducted due diligence of the target companies, advised the client on the deal structure, participated in the negotiations and finalisation of the transaction documents, and assisted in the signing and closing of the deal. 

The Orion project team included Partner Grigory Gadzhiev, Associates Artem Asoyan and Kirill Lazarenko, and Trainees Daniil Gerk and Ismail Khalifaev.
