On 25 November 2025, the business newspaper Kommersant published the article titled "The Invisible Barrier" written by Evgeny Letunovsky, Senior Associate and Advocate in Orion Dispute Resolution Practice.

Evgeny provided a detailed overview of the challenges faced by Russian business in international arbitration, as well as current issues related to the selection and vetting of arbitrators in the new geopolitical reality.

The publication specifically highlights an innovative method for vetting arbitrators which includes analyzing their publications, social media activity, likes and affiliations. Evgeny also examined alternative dispute resolution paths for Russian businesses, including the use of Eastern and Russian arbitration centers.
