On 18 November 2025, Pravo.ru hosted its annual Litigation Forum. Arina Fot, a Senior Associate at Orion, moderated the session “The First Step Strategy: Who Should You Go into Battle With?”. Evgeny Letunovsky, a Senior Associate and Advocate at Orion, participated as a speaker in the same session.

Evgeny delivered a presentation addressing the question “How to Determine Which Litigation Matters Can Be Handled by In-House Counsel and Which Require External Advisors?”.

Additionally, forum participants discussed criteria for assessing litigation work quality, the essential competencies of legal advisors, and contemporary approaches to successful collaboration between internal and external legal counsel.
