Orion – Partner of the “Mergers and Acquisitions 2024” Conference

On 14 November 2024, the “Mergers and Acquisitions 2024” Conference was held at the Ararat Park Hyatt hotel. Its partners were Orion, ALRUD, KKMP, Melling, Voitishkin & Partners, Nikolskaya Consulting, Mansors and Stonebridge Legal.

Grigory Gadzhiev, Partner at Orion, was a member of the Conference Programme Committee and moderated a session on the M&A deal lifecycle, from signing to closing.

The Conference brought together leading experts in economics and law to discuss the latest trends on the Russian M&A market.
