On 30 September 2025, the Kommersant Publishing House released its annual overview of major M&A transactions in the Russian market. The research highlights the most notable capital movements from January through September 2025. The ranking recognized two transactions that Orion advised on.

In the IT sector, Orion advised Yandex on the acquisition of 100% of shares in JSC “Zaryad!”. The firm’s team conducted a legal due diligence review of the Beri Zaryad service, structured the deal, drafted the transactional documentation, led the negotiations, and provided full support through signing and closing the transaction.

In the construction and real estate development category, Kommersant highlighted a project involving the acquisition of 100% of shares in SDM TK-2 LLC and the subsequent sale of 50% of the shares in Logopark 7 LLC. SDM TK-2 owns several land plots and a warehouse complex in the Moscow region. The Orion team prepared all transaction documents, took part in negotiations, and ensured smooth signing and closing of the transaction.
