On 23 October 2025, Orion organised a key session at the conference “Corporate Law and Corporate Governance – 2025”, held by Pravo.ru.
Orion Partner Maria Ziborova moderated the session entitled “M&A Transactions — Russian Civil Code Provisions on Sale and Purchase, Security”. Orion Partner Grigory Gadzhiev spoke about price adjustment mechanisms in M&A transactions during the session. Experts from Uralkhim, Sberbank, and Wildberries&Russ also participated in the session.
Conference participants discussed strategic asset structuring, working with foreign investors, managing business in the context of shareholder conflicts, and the secure use of digital financial assets.
