On May 17, 2024, Orion, in cooperation with Arbitration Association 25 (RAA25), held an orientation event for senior undergraduate and graduate students.

Attendees learnt all about the history and corporate culture of Orion, as well as the internship opportunities at the firm, the secrets of succeeding at interviews, and the typical career path of a dispute resolution lawyer.

Partners Grigory Gadzhiev took the lead in hosting the event and was supported by Evgeny Letunovsky and Arina Fot, Senior Associates in Dispute Resolution practice, as well as trainees Marsel Iapparov and Georgy Galaktionov, and Olga Grudinina, Director of HR and Corporate Development.

Arbitration Association 25 is a member of the Russian Arbitration Association. Its goal is to promote arbitration among young professionals and help them build knowledge and skills. The association brings together young lawyers from various companies and universities who specialize in international commercial arbitration and organizes lectures, seminars, and workshops with renowned experts.
