Orion Partners took an active part in the large-scale annual BRICS+ New Economy Legal Forum event, which is being held this year as part of Dubai Arbitration Week.

Our delegation included Partners Roman Bakhanets, Konstantin Olefir, and Vadim Turtsev. The Forum brought together more than 500 participants from over 20 countries.

Konstantin Olefir moderated a round table discussion on the investment climate in BRICS+ countries, promising industries, and mechanisms for providing guarantees to investors.

Roman Bakhanets presented a report at a round table dedicated to strategies and tactics for protecting investors within BRICS+. Roman spoke about the prospects for a unified legal infrastructure for investment in the new macroeconomic conditions.
