The Orion team advised Avtodom JSC on a deal to purchase Russian assets of Mercedes-Benz, following which the automotive holding became the owner of 100% of shares/participatory interests in several subsidiaries of the German automaker in Russia, including a car factory, a bank and a leasing company.

Orion lawyers provided comprehensive support for the transaction at all stages, including participation in negotiations, drafting of contractual documentation, receipt of approvals from state authorities, and closing.
