The “Beri Zaryad” service is the market leader in power bank rental services. In May, the company raised 750 million rubles and attracted over 200 investors through its pre-initial public offering.

As part of the deal, Orion team conducted due diligence of the service, participated in the drafting of transaction documents and negotiations, and also assisted with the signing and closing of the transaction.

The acquisition of the Beri Zaryad service involved a phased buyout of shares from the pre-IPO investors, organized through a broker, and the acquisition of shares from the founders and financial investors.
