Orion team advised Renaissance Capital in the acquisition of 100% of shares of AO Citibank

The Orion team conducted legal due diligence of the bank, assisted with the preparation of the transaction documentation and negotiations, advised on depository activities, and supported the signing and completion of the transaction.
The transaction was led by Orion’s Corporate practice team: Partner Grigory Gadzhiev, Senior Associate Artyom Asoyan, Associates Boris Belkin, Ivan Ilin and Filipp Galushkin, as well as Trainees Garegin Shakhbazyan and Dmitry Portnoy.
