The XVII Annual Arbitration Conference of the International Chamber of Commerce was held in Russia on 2 December 2025. The results of 2025 were analyzed at the event.

Orion Partner Vladimir Melnikov presented the topic "OFAC Licenses for Russian Persons. Comparative Analysis with EU and UK Sanctions Practices" at a session on release of blocked assets.

Arina Fot, a Senior Associate at Orion, was one of the moderators of the round-table discussion "Anti-Search Bans in Russia and Abroad: Challenge or Opportunity?". The participants discussed the application of anti-suit and anti-arbitration injunctions in Russia, the reaction of foreign courts to Russian injunctions, the application of anti-suit injunctions with respect to Russian court proceedings, as well as the impact of such injunctions on international arbitration agreements and sanctions regulation.
