Our lawyers have implemented a number of landmark projects and achieved exceptional results that have set important precedents in the field of sanctions law, including:
Securing rulings from two instances of US courts obliging an American law firm to disclose information necessary to protect our client’s interests in proceedings related to challenging sanctions before European courts;
Obtaining suspension of European sanctions against our client as an interim measure, followed by the full removal of those sanctions;
Achieving unique interim measure from a Dutch court requiring that our sanctioned client’s voting rights be recognised and counted at a general shareholders’ meeting of a European company.
