Alina is a Senior Associate in the Financial practice of Orion Partners. Until 2022, Alina worked as a Senior Associate in the Moscow office of Linklaters. She specializes in syndicated and project financing, as well as construction and real estate issues (including EPC contracts). In construction and real estate, Alina’s experience includes advising on complex infrastructure, utility and environmental issues.

Alina's work experience includes representing:

VEB.RF, Sberbank, Gazprombank, VTB and Bank Otkritie in relation to the construction of an ammonia and urea plant in Kingisepp by the EuroChem group and financing of such construction in the amount of more than US$1,5 billion (the largest project within the framework of Project Finance Factory 2020);

lenders (including Sberbank and Gazprombank) and ECA in relation to financing the construction of Yamal LNG in the amount of US$19 billion;

lenders and ECA in relation to the construction by the EuroChem group of an ammonia plant on the coast of the Baltic Sea and the financing of such construction; the cost of the project amounted to EUR 557 million;

lenders (including Sberbank) in relation to the construction of the Usolsky potash plant by the EuroChem group and financing of such construction in the amount of US$750 million;

Credit Bank of Moscow and lenders in relation to a syndicated financing arranged for the purpose of acquiring a stake in Vostok Oil, a flagship oil project in the Arctic;

Immofinanz in relation to the sale of a EUR 900m Russian real estate portfolio and the accompanying debt refinancing/restructuring (CRE Moscow Awards 2018 Deal of the Year); and

a Sovereign Fund in relation to the acquisition of a large residential complex in Moscow, including in relation to refinancing issues within the framework of the acquisition.

Alina received Master of Laws degree with honors from Moscow State University of International Relations in 2013. She also attended Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi (Milan, Italy).
