Andrei is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution practice. His experience includes representing large Russian and foreign companies in international arbitrations, litigations in Russian and foreign courts. Andrei's experience also includes representing clients in international commercial arbitrations conducted under various arbitration rules (LCIA, ICC, HKIAC, SCC, UNCITRAL, SAC), international investment arbitrations, construction disputes (in particular, under EPC contracts), as well as disputes within the CIS. Prior to joining the Orion Partners team, Andrei worked in the Moscow office of Linklaters.

Andrei's work experience includes representing:

Gazprom in confidential arbitration with the disputed amount around EUR6 billion;

a large Russian company in a construction dispute in the ICC with a German equipment manufacturer with the disputed amount around EUR150 million;

a major Russian bank in a claim against a Polish company in an SCC dispute for more than US$100 million;

a subsidiary of a Russian financial institution in an HKIAC arbitration against a Chinese company;

a major Russian industrial company in SCC arbitration with a German equipment manufacturer; and

a large Russian company in a dispute in the Swiss Arbitration Centre (SAC) against a US company in the amount of several tens of millions of US dollars.

Andrei graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law of the National Research University Higher School of Economics in 2013.
