Daniil specialises on mergers & acquisitions, establishment of joint ventures. He also advises clients on business restructuring, regulatory issues and commercial contracts.

Daniil’s work experience includes advising:

RKIP JSC in connection with the acquisition of Russian companies of Renaissance Capital Group;

Stockmann JSC on the acquisition of 100% shares in the Russian subsidiary of Hugo Boss;

Mangazeya Group, Russian diversified holding company in gold mining, construction and development, on the acquisition from Highland Gold of 100% shares in the company that holds the license for the Taseevskoye gold deposit; and

an investor in connection with the restructuring of agreements regarding an Indian oil refinery.

Daniil received a Bachelor's degree in law from Moscow State University.
