Ekaterina is a Senior Associate in corporate practice of Orion. She advises Russian and international companies on M&A transactions, corporate governance, business restructuring and joint ventures.
Ekaterina also advises on wide range of labor issues and represents clients in labor disputes. She has experience advising on compliance issues, including anti-corruption matters, on banking regulation, antitrust issues and strategic investment projects.

Ekaterina’s work experience includes representing:
a global recruiting business on a potential acquisition of a business in Russia, Kazakhstan and other jurisdictions;
a global oil and gas company on the establishment of an R&D centre in Russia;
a foreign manufacturer of medical equipment on establishment of a joint venture with a leading Russian healthcare company;
a foreign retail group on structure development and implementation of a global long-term incentive plan for employees of its Russian divisions;
an international manufacturer of industrial and electrical equipment on its exit from Russia;
an international food and beverage manufacturer on a potential acquisition of a mineral water manufacturing business in various jurisdictions, including Georgia and Russia;
an international investment company on sale of its stake in a regional airport operator in Russia; and
a French financial group on its exit from Russia, including the sale of the Russian, Kazakh and Belarusian leasing businesses.
Ekaterina graduated with honours from Saratov State Social and Economic University, faculty of global economy, in 1999 and International Law Institute under the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation in 2006.
