Elvira is a Senior Associate in the corporate practice at Orion. She has over ten years’ experience of providing legal advice, specialising in commercial agreements, joint ventures and acquisitions, as well as general corporate law issues. She has extensive experience in energy and natural resources, specifically in the fields of oil and gas, LNG, renewable energy and mining.
Before joining Orion, Elvira worked at the Moscow office of the international law firm Herbert Smith Freehills.
Elvira has provided legal advice to:
Gazprom Processing Blagoveshchensk on construction and financing of the Amur Gas Processing Plant, including with respect to the gas processing agreement;
Ruskhimalians, a Gazprom and RusGazDobycha joint venture, on all legal aspects of construction of a new integrated gas processing and liquefied natural gas (LNG) production plant at the port of Ust-Luga (Russia), including raw material and finished product supply agreements;
VEB.RF, Sberbank and Otkritie Bank on allocation of 120 billion roubles in project financing for construction of an electro-metallurgical complex in Vyksa, Nizhny Novgorod Region, including in relation to finished product supply agreements;
Silk Road Fund, a Chinese investment fund, on acquisition of a 10% stake in Sibur;
The China National Petroleum Corporation for Oil and Gas Exploration and Development, a subsidiary of the China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), on acquisition from Novatek of a 10% stake in the Arctic LNG 2 project, as well as on implementation of the project, including advising on the key terms of LNG supply agreements;
Beijing Gas Group on a cooperation agreement to acquire a 20% stake in Verkhnechonskneftegaz from Rosneft; and
Silk Road Fund on acquisition from Novatek of a minority stake in Yamal LNG.
Elvira obtained a Bachelor's degree with distinction from Moscow State University of International Relations in 2011 and an LLM with distinction in 2013.
