Evgeniy has expertise in structuring and supporting complex transactions in the transport industry and private equity, including financing and refinancing, leasing, sale and purchase of aircraft and marine vessels, as well as syndicated lending and debt restructuring transactions.

Evgeniy’s work experience includes advising:

a number of investors in an additional issue of Segezha Group shares in the total amount of RUB 113 billion;

a lender on providing a syndicated loan with an extensive package of security documentation;

a client on all matters related to the provision of financing to a Central Asian borrower secured by a 2 aircraft mortgage and other security documents;

a client on acquisition financing, acquisition and charter of dry bulk carriers;

a major retailer on due diligence; and

a Russian mining company on due diligence.

Evgeniy graduated with a Bachelor's and Master's degree from the Kutafin Moscow State Law University (MSAL).
