Georgy is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution Practice of Orion. He specializes in advising and representing clients in international commercial arbitration, before Russian and foreign state courts as well as advising on sanctions matters.

Georgy’s work experience includes advising and representing:

a Russian company in arbitration proceedings under ICC rules against a European group of companies in connection with the improper performance of obligations for the construction of a marine terminal;

a large shopping mall in a dispute over the recovery of overdue rent;

Rockstone Ventures, an international investment company, in respect of supporting the change of control over the investment portfolio of the Winter Capital fund;

S7 Airlines in relation to intra-group reorganization;

Magnit PJSC, Russian largest chain of retail shops, in relation to the transaction for the acquisition of KazanExpress, a major regional marketplace; and

a major Russian venture fund on support of transactions for investments in start-ups.

Georgy received with honors a Bachelor's degree in law from Kutafin Moscow State Law University.
