Ilya specializes in financial transactions, including syndicated lending, bilateral financing and project financing, as well as transactions in the transport sector.

Before joining Orion, Ilya worked at Better Chance and ALRUD.

Ilya's work experience includes advising:

a lender on a syndicated loan for consolidation of the company’s coal mining and transportation assets.

Ilya graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law at the HSE University and also obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree from University College London.
