Maxim is a lawyer qualified under Russian law with 15 years of experience advising banks, mining, energy, infrastructure and chemical companies on project financing, debt restructuring, syndicated lending and bankruptcy.

Until 2022, Maxim worked as a senior associate in the project financing practice of the Moscow office of Linklaters.

Maxim graduated with honors from Moscow State Law Academy in 2009.
