Mikhail is an Associate in the Corporate practice of Orion. Mikhail specializes in venture capital and private equity financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and advising clients on corporate law.

Prior to joining Orion, Mikhail held positions at O2Consulting and Lex Borealis.

Mikhail's experience includes advising:

one of the largest brokers in the Russian Federation on a deal to acquire stakes in a domestic operating system developer;

an IT business founder on a joint venture and equity investment in a developer of cloud systems and telecommunication technologies;

a group of investors on a financing deal for one of Russia’s largest companies offering online supplemental professional education;

a state corporation on the acquisition of a group of companies developing IT solutions for an intelligent transportation system;

Russian and offshore startups on joint ventures and ESOP programs; and

a purchaser on the acquisition of a majority stake in a Russian manufacturer of a wide range of electric vehicles.

Mikhail graduated with a bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Law at Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2019 with honors and with a master's degree from the same faculty in 2021.
