Vladislav specializes in supporting venture capital and private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, as well as the structuring and support of investment funds and joint ventures.
Vladislav also advises clients on intellectual property, IT business regulation, and the processing of personal and big data.
He has participated in the support of more than fifty early- and late-stage investment deals both in Russia and abroad, including the markets of the United States, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, and the CIS.
Before joining Orion, Vladislav worked at the former Moscow office of the international law firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner.
Vladislav's work experience includes advising :
investment and corporate funds, corporations, private investors and family offices on more than 30 investment transactions (from seed to late stages) and secondary sales;
companies in the fields of software, SaaS, e-commerce, artificial intelligence and big data, EdTech, MedTech, MarTech, etc. in dozens of transactions to raise equity financing and convertible loans;
a Russian IT giant on the acquisition of a Russian musical media portal and online platform for musicians;
a number of clients on the establishment of venture capital and private equity funds with a total amount of funds under management exceeding RUB 70 billion;
Rostelecom in a transaction to invest in the IT service platform for employment Rabochie Ruki, one of the leaders in the Russian market for the provision of temporary workers;
Yandex in relation to its investment in the telemedicine service Diagnostika na Domu, which uses comprehensive AI solutions and specially developed medical devices and is provided in Russia and the CIS countries; and
Voskhod venture fund on a number of venture deals, including investing in Qummy, a Russian FoodTech startup, to launch smart cafes for hotels and gas stations.
Vladislav graduated from the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University.
