Vladislav specializes in supporting M&A, venture and private equity transactions, as well as in structuring and supporting the establishment of joint ventures. He advises investment funds and clients in IT/TMT and the digital economy on various corporate law issues, employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs), IP ownership restructuring and big data processing. In particular, Vladislav was involved in supporting dozens of investment rounds at Seed, Round A and later stages both in the Russian circuit and at the cross-border level.

Vladislav's work experience includes:

advising a large holding company in the taxi and freight industry in connection with the acquisition of the business of a Russian taxi aggregator from a joint venture between a major Russian bank and a media company;

advising a Russian IT giant on the acquisition of a large online platform for musicians and a music media portal;

a major developer on the acquisition of a company that owns a number of real estate assets in Moscow;

a leading ticket operator in a deal to acquire control over the business of an international provider of cloud solutions for sales and marketing automation;

advising the owners of a large online children's goods store on the sale of 100% of the business to a Russian retailer;

representing investment and corporate funds, private investors and their syndicates, as well as family offices in more than two dozen venture deals (from seed to later rounds), exits from portfolio companies and secondary sales; and

IT / TMT companies in a number of deals to raise venture capital and bridge financing, including advising an international provider of SaaS solutions in the field of AI and image recognition in a series of deals to raise funds at the Seed, A and follow-on stages.

Vladislav graduated from the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University in 2017.
