Anastasia is an Associate in the Finance practice at Orion. She advises major Russian and foreign companies and financial institutions on project financing and syndicated lending.
Previously, Anastasia worked as a trainee at the Moscow office of Baker Botts LLP.
Anastasia's work experience includes advising:
a syndicate of Russian banks on syndicated project financing for the development of Russia's largest Udokan copper deposit within the framework of the Project Financing Factory;
Credit Bank of Moscow and creditors in relation to a syndicated financing arranged for a subsidiary of the international trader Trafigura for the purpose of acquiring a stake in Vostok Oil, a flagship oil project in the Arctic, from Rosneft;
a syndicate of Russian banks in relation to the financing of the construction of a railway wheels manufacturing plant in one of the special economic zones of the Russian Federation;
Sberbank, Gazprombank, VTB, VEB.RF and Bank Otkritie in relation to the provision of a syndicated loan under Russian law to Severo-Zapad-2, a Eurochem group company;
Sberbank in relation to the provision of a facility to one of the leading companies in the field of mining and processing of mineral resources, with most of its assets located in Kazakhstan;
Sberbank in relation to a syndicated loan provided under Russian law to Uralchem in the amount of USD 3.9 billion; and
a private Kazakh bank in relation to various aspects of banking regulation in the Russian Federation.
Anastasia graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University, where she received a Bachelor's degree. She also received her Master of Laws degree with honors from the HSE University.
