Anastasia is an Associate in the Finance practice at Orion. She advises major Russian and foreign companies and financial institutions on project financing and syndicated lending.

Previously, Anastasia worked as a trainee at the Moscow office of Baker Botts LLP.

Anastasia's work experience includes advising:

Gazprombank, VEB.RF and Sberbank in relation to the syndicated project financing for the development of the Udokanskoye field under the Project Finance Factory;

Credit Bank of Moscow and lenders in relation to the syndicated financing for the acquisition of an interest in Vostok Oil, a flagship oil project in the Arctic;

a syndicate of Russian banks in relation to the financing of the construction of a railway wheels manufacturing plant in one of the special economic zones of the Russian Federation;

Sberbank, Gazprombank, VTB, VEB.RF and Otkritie Bank in relation to the provision of a syndicated loan under Russian law to EuroChem North-West-2;

Sberbank in relation to the provision of a facility to one of the leading companies in the field of mining and processing of mineral resources with the major part of its assets located in Kazakhstan;

Sberbank in relation to a $ 3.9 billion syndicated loan under Russian law to be provided to Uralchem; and

a private Kazakh bank in relation to various aspects of banking regulation in the Russian Federation.

In 2020, Anastasia graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University, where she received a Bachelor's degree. In 2022, she also received her Master of Laws degree with honors from the HSE University.
