Arseniy is an Associate in the Corporate law practice of Orion Partners. Arseniy specializes in supporting international and Russian mergers and acquisitions and the establishment of joint ventures, business restructuring, company reorganization and corporate governance issues.

Arseniy has experience in advising in the energy sector and certain areas of the mining industry (including the mining of precious metals), as well as provides services to participants in the mineral fertilizer and IT markets.

a major Russian producer of mineral fertilizers in relation to the establishment of a joint venture with a foreign partner for the extraction of phosphorus ore and the production of phosphate fertilizers;

a large Russian oil company in connection with the transition to direct participation in an oil transportation consortium;

a major Russian bank in relation to the acquisition of a Russian IT holding;

Qiagen in relation to changing the corporate governance model for the Russian subsidiary; and

a private investor in connection with the creation of an optimal corporate structure for the management of gold mining enterprises in one of the CIS countries.

Arseniy graduated with a bachelor's degree in law from Moscow State University.
