Danila is an Associate in the Finance law practice at Orion Partners. He specializes in syndicated and project financing, as well as in construction and real estate projects, including execution of EPC contracts.

He has experience in advising banks as well as mining, power, infrastructure and chemical companies on project financing, debt restructuring and syndicated lending.

Danila’s work experience includes advising:

Gazprombank, VEB.RF and Sberbank as lenders in relation to the restructuring of project financing for the development of the Udokan copper deposit;

VEB.RF, Sberbank, Gazprombank, VTB and Otkritie FC in relation to the financing of the construction by the EuroChem group of an ammonia and urea plant in Kingisepp in the amount of more than $ 1.5 billion (the largest project within the Project Finance Factory 2020);

Sberbank in relation to a syndicated loan provided to Uralchem under Russian law in the amount of $ 3.9 billion;

a syndicate of Russian banks, including VEB.RF, in relation to the financing of the construction of a railway wheels manufacturing plant in one of the special economic zones of the Russian Federation; and

a private Kazakh bank in relation to various aspects of banking regulation in the Russian Federation.

Danila received a Bachelor's degree with honors from the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University in 2023.
