Danila specializes in supporting mergers and acquisitions, venture investments and corporate governance.

Danila's work experience includes advising:

Magnit PJSC in relation to the transaction for the acquisition of KazanExpress, a major regional marketplace;

the largest Russian venture fund in a number of transactions pertaining to investments in start-ups;

a Russian TMT company in connection with conducting due diligence of an acquired IT company;

a Russian venture fund in relation to investments in a group of IT companies;

an international group of companies in connection with the transfer of its Russian business to the management; and

a major Russian food manufacturer in relation to corporate governance issues.

Danila received a Bachelor's and a Master's degree from the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University.
