A lawyer with 25 years of experience in corporate law, Dmitry specializes in supporting digital assets, cryptocurrency projects, as well as projects based on blockchain technology, including ICO (Initial Coin Offering) and STO (Security Token Offering). He advises clients on the establishment of cryptocurrency funds, exchanges and trading platforms, tokenization of assets, interactions with regulatory authorities (both European regulators and the US SEC), development and deployment of blockchain payment systems.

Prior to joining Orion Partners, Dmitry worked in such international law firms as K&L Gates, Debevoise & Plimpton and Coudert Brothers. He was also responsible for legal support of private wealth management and investment banking in Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan at UBS AG.

In 1995, Dmitry graduated from the Faculty of International Law at MGIMO University. He also took a postgraduate course at Georgia State University College of Law, USA, majoring in banking law and international finance in 1998, and holds an LL.M.
