Kirill is an Associate in the Corporate law practice at Orion Partners. He advises on mergers and acquisitions, business restructuring and counter-sanctions. 

Kirill’s work experience includes advising:

a major Russian bank in relation to the acquisition of a Russian IT holding company;

a private investor in relation to exercising an option under Russian law;

a private investor in connection with the buyout of financial institutions from foreign participants, including obtaining approval of the transaction from Russian regulatory authorities;

a major Russian oil company in relation to the restructuring of foreign assets; and

a major retailer in relation to the acquisition of 100% of shares in a subsidiary of a well-known international chain of premium clothing stores.

In 2023, Kirill graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University, where he received a Bachelor's degree.
