Valentina is a Senior Associate in the Corporate practice of Orion Partners. She specializes in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance and general corporate law matters. She has significant experience in advising companies in the manufacturing sector and the hospitality industry, as well as leading retail and real estate companies.
Valentina's work experience includes representing:
Maksim Povalishin on the transaction for the acquisition of Russian assets of Freedom Holding Corp. The deal was subject to the Central Bank of the Russian Federation approval. The value of the transaction is $ 140 million;
Avtodom JSC in relation to the transaction for the purchase of Russian assets of Mercedes-Benz, following which the holding became the owner of 100% of shares/participatory interests in several subsidiaries of the German automaker in Russia;
KOPY Goldfields AB (publ), a Swedish gold exploration and development company, in relation to the sale of its subsidiary Taezhnoye LLC, which holds exploration and mining licenses for several deposits in the Irkutsk Region;
Ecolab on the acquisition of Promkhimservis LLC, a plant for the production of chemical reagents in Sterlitamak;
a major Japanese company in the hotel business in connection with its entry into the Russian market, as well as the subsequent sale of the Russian business;
a major steel company in relation to the establishment of a joint venture for the production of parts for railcars; and
one of the leading Russian developers in relation to the acquisition of a group of companies that owns a significant real estate asset in Moscow.
Valentina received her Bachelor of Laws degree with honors in 2015 and Master of Private Law degree in 2017 from the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University.
