Nikolai Kurmashev and Elina Khoshaeva Gave a Masterclass to the Students of the MGIMO Tashkent Master’s Program

On 16 April 2024, Nikolai Kurmashev, Partner, and Elina Khoshaeva, Associate, gave a masterclass to the students of the MGIMO Tashkent “International Private, Trade and Financial Law” Master’s program (as part of its Moscow-based module).
This master’s program provides an opportunity for in-depth study of private international law and international commercial arbitration and offers a course in international financial law.
Nikolai and Elina talked on the LMA style syndicated loans and discussed with the students a number of case scenarios.
