Irina is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution practice of Orion.

Previously, she worked as an associate in Sirota & Partners and EMPP Law Firm.

Irina's work experience includes:

debt recovery in the interests of a major business software manufacturer in arbitration courts and through mediation;

representing the interests of structural units of a major tech corporation in disputes on the protection of copyright and related rights;

representing a client in connection with an application for being brought to subsidiary liability for the debts of a large developer;

advising a major infrastructure developer, drafting a memorandum on the strategy of recovering debt from the customer via Indian judicial authorities;

representing a pharmaceutical company on the issue of recovering debt from a buyer via an international arbitration centre; and

advising a Russian energy company on recovering debt from a German supplier under a cross-border supply agreement.

Irina received her Master of Laws degree with honors from the Faculty of Law of the National Research University Higher School of Economics.
