On 23 March 2023, The Carlton Moscow Hotel hosted the Russian Financial Market Forum: Structural Transformation organized by the Analytical Credit Rating Agency (ACRA).

The key topics of the Forum were structural changes and adaptation of the economy, new legislative initiatives and government support measures for the real sector, as well as the development of the capital market as a source of “long-term money” for the Russian economy.

Nikolai Kurmashev, Partner of Orion Financial Law Practice, spoke at the Syndicated Lending and Project Financing session, which was also attended by representatives of the Association of Russian Banks, ACRA, VEB.RF, VTB Bank (Belarus), Sovcombank and Sinara Bank.
