The Orion team advised Delo Group on the acquisition of 25 percent plus one share in KSK Grain Terminal JSC (“KSK”), the largest Russian marine terminal in terms of grain transshipment volumes, from Cargill, a company specializing in grain trading. The purpose of the transaction was to secure ownership of 100 percent of shares in KSK by Delo Group.

Orion lawyers provided legal support for the transaction, including drafting transaction documents and representing the client in negotiations.
